Meet Your Massage Therapist
Ashley, owner of Flourishing Life Massage, is an experienced athletic trainer turned massage therapist with a passion for bringing authenticity and positivity to everything she does & everywhere she goes. She believes in total transparency and staying true to yourself—unless, of course, you're being a jerk.
That philosophy includes her approach to massage therapy.
In her practice, Ashley combines evidence-based techniques with alternative methods to create a unique, holistic experience tailored to each client. Whether you're seeing her in the office or during an outreach session, you can expect a personalized approach that addresses your specific needs.
Here's what Ashley is all about:
She loves connecting with clients at their own pace. Whether you're an athlete preparing for a big tournament, a blue-collar worker who’s spent years in an excavator, or simply seeking a moment of self-care and relaxation—she’s here for you.
When she's not in the treatment room, you might still catch Ashley on the sidelines as an athletic trainer, but outside of work, she’s all about enjoying life. Whether it’s soaking up the sunshine, attending concerts with her sister, cheering at sporting events, or practicing her tennis skills. She’s always up for a road trip in search of cheese curds, a new brewery, or an adventure in nature. She’s an evolving bookworm, particularly drawn to fiction thrillers, self-development, and psychology. Bowling is also routinely on her agenda—because who can resist throwing strikes and friendly competition?
Ashley is also passionate about giving back. Volunteering in hospice care and animal rescue has been deeply fulfilling. She has previously been involved in supporting the Litchfield Watercade Royalty, especially during their coronation.
There are three things Ashley will never turn down: an iced matcha, a game of cribbage, and a hunt for agates (although not necessarily in that order).
